Where Do We Go From Here?

“Where do we go from here, now that all of the kids have grown up?”
It’s a lyric from The Alan Parsons Project.
I know it through the Rufus Du Sol remix.
A catchy tune from the 80s that somehow still hits today.
I don’t even know the original meaning of the song — but that opening line sticks with me.
Where do we go from here?
In 2026.
In a world flooded with information.
Where we’re constantly trying to decipher fact from fiction.
Real from make-believe.
Who’s actually looking out for our best interests… and who’s just chasing clicks, likes, and money.
It’s an increasingly tough landscape to navigate.
That’s why I’ve become more committed than ever to staying true to my original purpose of becoming a coach.
Not to be the loudest voice.
Not to pretend I know everything.
But to help people.
To help people sift through the BS.
To make sure my clients — and anyone who follows along — know without a doubt that I will always look out for their best interests.
So again, I ask: where do we go from here?
Social media is littered with nonsense.
Half-truths.
“Sort of” advice.
Flashy claims with no context and no accountability.
And honestly? The answer isn’t complicated.
You do what you’d do in real life.
You find someone you know, like, and trust — and you listen to them
.Not as gospel.
Not as the end-all, be-all.
But with the confidence that this person won’t intentionally steer you wrong.
Everything else? You treat it for what it is — noise.
A distraction pulling you away from what actually matters.
There’s something powerful about people who refuse to chase shiny objects.
Who ignore immediate gratification.
Who stick to their values despite how flashy the world has become.
So what’s the point of this blog?
It’s simple.
To remind you that where you get your information matters.
Who you trust matters.
And understanding why someone is saying what they’re saying matters even more.
I’m not saying that person has to be me.
But if you’re reading this, chances are you know me.
Maybe you like me.
And I hope — more than anything — you trust that I’ve never intentionally led you astray.
And if this resonates, I encourage you to stick around.
Because I’m getting back to doing what I love:
Writing.
Inspiring.
Helping people overcome doubt.
Encouraging others to become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves — physically and mentally.
All through the lens of health, fitness, and nutrition.
So buckle up.
We’re going to fight the bullshit.
We’re going to cut through the noise.
And we’re going to call out the charlatans who care more about your wallet than your well-being.
Because around here, we refuse to lose — to misinformation, to shortcuts, and to the nonsense that keeps people stuck.
Peace. Love. Fitness. ✌🏻💙💪🏻
